tonight I will practice my own take on a full moon breath— slowly, mindfully pulling breath down and in, imagining cool and round.
right now the sky is milk and the trees are being tossed by a hot wind… and it is easier to imagine tossed and hot than to imagine cool and slow and full.
as the sky darkens where you are and the moon rises, I invite you to try this breath too, even if only for three rounds of in and cool and deep and then release…
release some of that agitated, tossed, hot energy with each out breath
see if there’s relief in welcoming the cool and releasing the agitation.
see if there’s a place of balance in the in-between.
