inner journeying

Meditation is a form of dropping down, or away, from the roaring brainnoise.  Yoga, for me, is sometimes this kind of meditation.  So is walking or hiking.  Swinging, singing, bouncing, dancing…. all bring me to edges of this place, but often my own self consciousness keeps me tethered.

I never considered different forms of journeying until recent dreams brought me unfamiliar words, and words led me to new/old information and ideas, and ideas brought me a feeling of both metaphoric possibility and the simple but powerful and loaded question of, why not try?

An invitation to you: What is asking you to try right now? Is anything asking you to suspend disbelief, and open yourself to the possibility of a different way? a different access point?

Yes, I think the access points are open to knew possibilities or a /new angle. We have to always re-invent ourselves to feel positive about what we have to face in font of us. This is a loaded question-I have to go deep to observe myself-I wish for everyone to be brave enough to take the challenge.

    1. I think this is a bear of a question, but also an awe-some one. Sometimes I am brave enough (or, oddly, beaten down enough not to put up a fight) and it just happens, other times I spend a great deal of energy avoiding/denying. With all that energy, I swear, I could light the world!
