Inner Light: A free workshop in practical body-based mindfulness

In this season of transition and transformation, we’re all pulled in so many directions, it is easy to feel a bit scattered, disconnected or unfocused.

This short workshop will include some guided journaling and visualizations, some quiet, mindful movement, and some sensory exploration, all aimed at joyfully re-inhabiting ourSelves and our bodies.

My style is very casual and accessible, and my intention is to create an oasis of self care and connection, while offering some techniques, tools and reminders to help us all stay more connected to ourselves during this busy time of year.

The workshop will take place Sunday, November 3rd, 1:00-4:00 pm at SOUL Yoga in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

We’ll stop at 4, as the sky gets dark. You’re welcome to stay a bit longer for a short free Reiki integration with me, or to take another mindful spin through the spiral walk.

The workshop is free.
